Meet the Owner

Stamatis Bournias

Owner and executive chef, Stamatis Bournias, graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2003 with a degree in Culinary Arts. After working for a variety of food service companies up-and-down the East Coast, he decided to come close to home and establish a cooking style of his own in 2010 with the opening of Pastitsio.
